Security & Compliance
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We never share your ICP definitions, prospect data, or signal history with third parties. SOC 2 audit in progress. Access controls follow least-privilege principles internally. Our infrastructure is hosted on AWS with industry-standard security monitoring and incident response procedures.
Yes. We are GDPR compliant. Data can be hosted in EU regions. We provide DPA upon request. Contact [email protected] for compliance documentation. We also support data subject access requests (DSARs) and right-to-erasure requests. Our data processing register is available for review during your evaluation.
You can export your data at any time from settings. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted. We provide a full data export before deletion on request. The export includes all signal history, lead scores, and ICP definitions in standard JSON format for easy import into other tools. We'll also send you a confirmation once deletion is complete.
Your data is hosted on AWS in the us-east-1 region by default. EU hosting (Frankfurt or Ireland) is available for GDPR-bound customers — just select your preferred region during onboarding or contact support to switch. All regions maintain the same encryption standards and access controls. Data does not leave your chosen region without explicit instruction.
Yes. SSO and SAML are available on Pro plans. We support Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and any generic SAML 2.0 identity provider. Setup takes about 10 minutes from your identity provider's admin console. SCIM provisioning for user lifecycle management is also available on request.

If you're still below that range, check that your geography and role filters aren't too narrow — expanding by one region or adding adjacent job titles often makes a significant difference.
You can edit your ICP definition anytime from settings. Changes take effect immediately for new signals, and the system re-scores your entire existing lead set overnight against the new criteria. There's no limit to how often you can adjust — iterate as you learn what works. Your signal history is preserved so you can compare performance before and after the change.
Review your ICP weights and keyword list — scoring is only as good as the inputs. You can also flag individual leads as false positives directly from the dashboard, which trains the scoring engine to improve future matches. If scores still seem off after adjustments, contact support and we can audit your ICP configuration and scoring profile to identify what needs tuning.
